Oliver loves the movie Coco so we went all out with a Coco-themed Dia De Los Muertos vibe for his party this year! Mom Celia always makes my job easy by having a LOT of decor of her own. She even had a paleta cart this time! One of my favorite details was the ofrenda she made to honor loved ones, including her Grandmother who passed from Covid last year. I added some fresh and tissue paper florals to that along with some candles.

I made a lot of banners using my Cricut for this party and also provided some hand-cut papel picado banners that I own as well. I designed a custom invitation with a cartoon version of Oliver as Miguel from Coco. I used bright colors and fun textured flowers to give a fiesta vibe.

The cake, smash cake and cupcakes that my friend Marriam of Flour & Flowers by MK did for this party were fantastic!
